Through gentle, science‑backed, body‑based practices, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, release stored stress and trauma, and reconnect with your innate capacity for safety, clarity, and vitality.
Bodywise Community Shake Out
A group TRE experience for nervous system reset and collective healing
The Bodywise Community Shake Out is an ongoing group TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) experience designed to support deep nervous system regulation through the power of shared practice. These sessions invite you to release stored stress, tension, and trauma in your body—while being held in a grounded, supportive community.
Community Shake Out is open to those who have worked with me privately, completed the 8-week Become Bodywise series, or attended a Bodywise retreat. Together, we create a safe, attuned space where individual healing is amplified through connection.
Each session offers time to settle, shake, integrate, and reconnect—leaving you feeling more regulated, resourced, and at home in your body.
