$125 for workshop; mushrooms are $10-$20 depending on dose
What to expect
Your body already knows the way home.
It holds wisdom and cellular memory from this lifetime and beyond … and it holds your authentic truth.
Tonight we’ll learn to let the body lead, listening to the innate wisdom it holds, and attuning to every realm of our BEing: Body, Emotion, Mental, and Essence.
We will begin our evening with a low-dose of psilocybin (4mg max) then explore integrating somatic practices, including embodied Authentic Alignment, and sacred tremor (TRE®) to cultivate a felt sense of safety.
The tremor is an innate reflex all mammals share. Much like psychedelics, it can surface embodied stress and trauma, gently showing us our wounds and old belief systems that are ready to be met with compassion, and released.
We close with a community share circle and tea.
The workshop includes a Zoom integration call on Dec. 1, 2026.

“Megan’s extensive knowledge of somatic practices is evident in her thoughtful and clear instruction, making complex concepts accessible and impactful. Her compassionate approach and exceptional bedside manner foster a safe, supportive environment. Megan’s genuine care and professionalism shine through, creating a space where healing and growth feel both achievable and deeply personal. I wholeheartedly recommend Bodywise to anyone seeking meaningful support on their journey.”
“What started as curiosity about nervous system healing became a terrifically profound personal growth experience.
Megan’s approach is masterful. Her deep understanding of trauma’s impact on the body, combined with her intuitive ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, allowed me to access parts of myself I didn’t even know were holding tension and pain. Each week built beautifully upon the last, with practices that felt both grounding and revolutionary.
The combination of nervous system work and body-based healing techniques that Megan teaches goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced in traditional therapy or other wellness programs. She has this remarkable gift for helping you understand how your body holds your story, and then gently guiding you toward rewriting that story from a place of strength and authenticity. Highly recommend.”
