Embodied Evolution Workshop
Release. Rewire. Evolve.
Join me at Rose Waters Sanctuary for this immersive 3-hour workshop where you'll explore how somatic practices, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and psilocybin microdosing work together to support nervous system resiliency, trauma healing, and sustainable inner transformation.
TBD at Rose Waters Sanctuary
840 SE Washington St., Portland, OR
What you can expect
We’ll begin with the BE ME Framework. You'll gain an understanding of how the state of your nervous system creates every experience across the Body, Emotional, Mental, and Essence realms of BEing. This framework becomes the roadmap for exploring body-based practices that cultivate safety in your nervous system, downshift chronic activation, and soften protective strategies—laying the groundwork for safely coming home to your authentic self. Next, MEgan will guide you through a TRE® practice, activating your body’s wisdom through the innate tremor reflex. This supports your nervous system in discharging stored tension, rewriring default mode paterns, and softening automatic fight-or-flight responses, creating more space for calm, clarity, and resilience in daily life. We close with a community circle and tea. The workshop includes a follow-up zoom call with MEgan, offering continued support as you integrate these tools into your life.

“What started as curiosity about nervous system healing became a terrifically profound personal growth experience.
Megan’s approach is masterful. Her deep understanding of trauma’s impact on the body, combined with her intuitive ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, allowed me to access parts of myself I didn’t even know were holding tension and pain. Each week built beautifully upon the last, with practices that felt both grounding and revolutionary.
The combination of nervous system work and body-based healing techniques that Megan teaches goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced in traditional therapy or other wellness programs. She has this remarkable gift for helping you understand how your body holds your story, and then gently guiding you toward rewriting that story from a place of strength and authenticity. Highly recommend.”
