By accessing this website or purchasing, booking, or participating in services offered by Bodywise, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this site or booking services.

Services offered

Services may include one-to-one sessions, coaching packages, somatic and nervous system–based practices, workshops, retreats, online courses, preparation and integration support, licensed psilocybin facilitation services where legally permitted, and related educational and experiential offerings.

All services are offered in support of embodied awareness, nervous system resiliency, and personal growth.

Scope of practice & informed participation

My work is grounded in my licensure as a Physical Therapist and extensive training in somatic and nervous system–based approaches to well-being.

Services offered through this website are designed to support self-awareness, embodied regulation, and personal growth. While this work may be therapeutic in nature, it does not replace individualized medical, psychological, or psychiatric care when such care is indicated.

Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with appropriate healthcare providers and to seek additional support when needed.

Psilocybin services

Psilocybin facilitation services are offered in accordance with applicable state and regulatory requirements. Participation in these services is subject to separate screening, informed consent, and participation agreements specific to psilocybin services.

Client responsibility

Participation in this work is voluntary. You acknowledge responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after sessions or programs.

You agree to listen to your body, communicate openly, and engage at a pace that feels supportive and appropriate for you. You understand that this work is collaborative and that individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Payments & Scheduling

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including written materials, videos, audio recordings, practices, downloads, course content, and session materials, is the intellectual property of Bodywise.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

Confidentiality

Personal information and experiences shared within sessions or programs are held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a concern for safety.

Please note that electronic communications and online platforms may not be fully secure.

Limitation of liability

By participating in services, you agree to release and hold harmless Bodywise from any liability for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You understand that participation may involve physical sensations, emotional responses, or personal insight, and you agree to engage with discernment and self-responsibility.

Changes to terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Scheduling & cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Somatic therapy packages

Somatic therapy packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases of emergency or unforeseen hardship, I may evaluate options on a case-by-case basis. My intention is always to work in integrity and mutual respect. If something unexpected arises, please reach out and we will explore options together when possible.
