The BE ME Framework

A nervous system–rooted roadmap for somatic healing, inviting you home to your authentic self.

What is the BE ME Framework?

We are human beings, not human doers. Yet our culture rewards doing, achieving, producing, and performing over simply being.

The BE ME Framework is a nervous system–rooted roadmap for somatic healing that helps you understand how your moment-to-moment experience across the Body, Emotional, Mental, and Essence realms is shaped by the state, or “gear,” your nervous system is operating from.

This trauma-informed framework brings clarity and compassion, helping you recognize survival patterns as protective nervous system responses to past experiences, not who you truly are.

Through embodied somatic practices that cultivate safety and nervous system regulation across all four realms, you build resilience and the capacity to move from survival into presence, where you are empowered to fully live, thrive, and be your authentic self.

BE ME breaks

Small pauses that create real change

A BE ME break is a brief, intentional pause designed to cultivate nervous system resilience and reconnect you with your authentic self.

Through simple, embodied micro-practices, you gently interrupt stress patterns and invite your system to shift from survival into safety, from performance into presence, from doing into being.

A BE ME break is not about “doing another practice.” It is about being with yourself, connecting, listening, attuning, and remembering that you are worth showing up for.

Practiced consistently for just 2–3 minutes, three or more times a day, these small pauses support not only feeling better in the moment, but a foundational downshift in the “gear” your nervous system operates from.

Invite yourself to take a BE ME break

We look at our phones hundreds of times a day. What if each glance became an invitation to pause, come home, and reconnect with yourself.
