The Art & Science of BEing ME
This 12-week online course is a guided, experiential journey back into your body and back into yourself.
Most of us have spent years learning to override our body's signals — pushing through, numbing out, staying busy enough that we don't have to feel what's underneath. This course gently reverses that. You'll learn to work with your nervous system rather than against it, so your body stops feeling like something to manage and starts feeling like home.
Through practical, body-based tools and somatic practices, you'll find support for the places that have felt stuck — chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, pain, or simply the quiet exhaustion of living disconnected from yourself. And you'll begin to reshape the internal stories that have kept your system in survival mode, often without you even knowing it.
Over 12 weeks, the focus shifts from coping to truly thriving. As safety and regulation become more available in your body, something opens. Participants often find themselves feeling calmer, more present, focused, connected, compassionate, and alive — making choices that reflect who they truly are, not who they learned to be to survive.
This course isn't about fixing yourself. It's about remembering how to listen to your body, trust your signals, and live in authentic alignment with the core truth of who you are.
That truth has always been there. We're just going home to it.
What we’ll explore
Weeks 1–3: Establishing foundational nervous system safety and embodying Authentic Alignment
Weeks 4–6: Breaking Barriers — where releasing what the body holds creates space for new ways of BEing
Weeks 7–9: Thrive vs. Survive — re-patterning survival responses into genuine thriving through nervous system resiliency micro-practices
Weeks 10–12: Embodied Inquiry — exploring life's themes ie boundaries, giving, receiving, freedom, and self-love from the felt sense of your whole BEing rather than the headspace

Megan’s approach is masterful. Her deep understanding of trauma’s impact on the body, combined with her intuitive ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, allowed me to access parts of myself I didn’t even know were holding tension and pain. Each week built beautifully upon the last, with practices that felt both grounding and revolutionary.
The combination of nervous system work and body-based healing techniques that Megan teaches goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced in traditional therapy or other wellness programs. She has this remarkable gift for helping you understand how your body holds your story, and then gently guiding you toward rewriting that story from a place of strength and authenticity. Highly recommend.”
