What started as curiosity about nervous system healing became a terrifically profound personal growth experience.

Megan’s approach is masterful. Her deep understanding of trauma’s impact on the body, combined with her intuitive ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, allowed me to access parts of myself I didn’t even know were holding tension and pain. Each week built beautifully upon the last, with practices that felt both grounding and revolutionary.

The combination of nervous system work and body-based healing techniques that Megan teaches goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced in traditional therapy or other wellness programs. She has this remarkable gift for helping you understand how your body holds your story, and then gently guiding you toward rewriting that story from a place of strength and authenticity. Highly recommend.

About the series

Core work for your soul

This 8‑week in‑studio series is for Portlanders who are ready to stop living in survival mode and start feeling at home in their bodies. Through gentle, science‑backed, body‑based practices, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, release stored stress and trauma, and reconnect with your innate capacity for safety, clarity, and vitality.

Rather than focusing on fixing what’s “wrong,” this work helps you build the internal conditions that allow healing, resilience, and authentic alignment to naturally emerge.

What you’ll walk away with

By the end of this 8‑week journey, participants commonly report:

  • A deeper sense of safety, calm, and self‑trust

  • Tools to down‑regulate stress, anxiety, and overwhelm in real time

  • Improved sleep, energy, and capacity to recover from stress

  • Less chronic pain, tension, and embodied holding patterns

  • Greater emotional regulation and nervous system resilience

  • Clearer boundaries, stronger self‑worth, and embodied confidence

  • A felt sense of connection—to yourself, your body, and your community

This is practical, embodied work you can use for the rest of your life.
