1:1 Somatic therapy session

This 60-minute session introduces you to somatic practices and the BE ME Framework, helping you get a sense of your moment-to-moment experience of being you.

In this session, we will:

  • Assess your alignment and nervous system state

  • Create a BE ME Break ritual to downshift stress and increase presence

  • Practice Breaking Barriers techniques to unwind tension and habitual holding patterns

  • Explore Authentic Alignment to feel more grounded, connected, and true to yourself

This session will leave you with practical tools, embodied insight, and a renewed sense of self, while laying the foundation for deeper somatic work if you choose to continue.
