1:1 Somatic therapy (12 sessions)

A personalized journey of nervous system healing, trauma resolution, and embodied transformation.

This 3-month series is for those ready to dive deep, unwind long-held patterns, restore nervous system balance, and come home to their most authentic self. We start by building foundational skills in nervous system regulation and embodied awareness, creating a felt sense of safety and presence. From there, we gradually unwind protective patterns, explore movement-based practices, and integrate TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) when your system is ready—supporting lasting transformation without forcing or reliving trauma.

  • Breaking Barriers – Gentle movement-based practices to release stored tension and repattern protective habits.

  • Embodied Inquiry – Tune into your body’s wisdom to uncover deeper truths.

  • TRE®: Trauma release through the body – Activate your body’s natural tremor reflex to release stress, tension, and trauma. A body-led reset that reorganizes the nervous system for emotional regulation and deeper presence.
