My journey

I have spent 36 years working with the body. Over the years, I have come to understand that my role is not to fix or prescribe, but to listen, support the wisdom within, and empower others to do the same.

My work has evolved from a focus on structural alignment to an understanding that Authentic Alignment means far more than how we stack our bones. The body has a language. When we are stressed or traumatized, we contract, collapse, close, and brace against the world. That protection becomes embodied. But we can rewrite this story. When we cultivate flexibility, strength, balance, connection, and opening in the body, we are not just changing our posture—we are embodying the metaphors of how we want to navigate life itself.

My work has also expanded into the terrain of the nervous system, which I have come to understand as the mycelium of our BEing, and the key to healing trauma. I have trained extensively in somatic psychology frameworks—Hakomi, IFS, and RCS—and am certified in nervous system resiliency and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises). This sacred tremor practice accesses the body's deep wisdom to release what has been held throughout our lifetime, and beyond. It is a beautiful and powerful practice I use in both the preparation and integration of psilocybin journeys.

I have also come to understand that healing does not happen in isolation. Because most of our trauma is relational, healing must happen in safe relationship. As a licensed physical therapist, I am able to offer something rare in somatic work: ethical, trauma-informed hands-on interventions as part of the healing container. Safe, attuned physical presence and appropriate contact allow the nervous system to unwind, tremor, and reorganize toward homeostasis, restoring a felt sense of safety in the body that words alone cannot reach. This relational dimension of my work carries directly into psilocybin preparation, where feeling truly held—in body, not just in intention—can make all the difference.

All of this lives inside the BE ME Framework, the integrative map I have developed over decades of clinical work and my own embodied healing journey. BE ME is not an acronym for a technique—it is an invitation to inhabit the full terrain of your Body, Emotional life, Mental landscape, and Essence. It is a roadmap home to yourself, built on the understanding that true healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering who you have always been.

Psilocybin facilitation felt like a natural deepening of this path. The medicine speaks the same language the body has always spoken—moving through sensation, image, emotion, and the felt sense of what is true.

I bring to this work a rare integration of science and soul: neuroscience and presence, structure and mystery, clinical precision and deep reverence for the sacred, all in service of your whole human experience. My role is to help you arrive at that threshold with a nervous system that feels safe enough to open, and a body resourced enough to receive what comes. Journey preparation is about building an embodied foundation of safety together, so that when the medicine opens the door, you have the capacity to meet the wisdom.

Integration is where I believe the most sacred work lives. It is the process of landing what you have touched back into the body, aligning with the truth, power, and wholeness that was always there. In my framework of Embodied Authentic Alignment, healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to your core true self, the one that has been there all along, beneath the adaptations, the armor, and the forgetting.

I show up to this work as a steady, experienced, and deeply caring presence. The journey is always yours. I am here as a guide who walks my own evolutionary path of embodied healing, believing wholeheartedly that coming home to ourselves is not only possible, it is our destiny.

You don't have to find your way there alone.
