Because this alignment may be different from how you’re used to standing or holding yourself, it can feel physically challenging or bring up feelings of vulnerability. Listen to yourself. Move gently, adjust as needed, and pause at any time.

Body: a felt sense of grounding, connection, or strength
Emotional: a feeling of expansion, warmth, hope, or rightness
Mental: greater calm or curiosity, with less judgment or worry
Essence: a sense of being more connected and compassionate toward yourself
